To help us provide homes and places to be proud of we may carry out surveys and inspections in and around the area where you live. We may also carry out inspections within homes. Surveys and inspections help us assess the age and condition of each building element which in turn helps us understand if any work is required in the medium and long term to maintain your home or the surrounding area.
