As well as ensuring that our homes are safe and secure, we play an active part in our local community. As the largest landlord in borough, we recognise our responsibility. We work with local contractors, charities and social enterprises to ensure that our neighbourhoods are places to be proud of.

Reach - Customer Magazine

We produce and distribute our customer magazine 'REACH' twice a year to all our customers with rent statements.  In it, we include all the latest news and developments from Halton Housing.

We aim to create lasting improvements, bringing communities together, and create opportunities in all of our neighbourhoods over the coming years, and we are pleased to share our Destination programme.

Spruce Up Your Streets

Spruce Up Your Streets is our new initiative to provide cleaner, greener spaces for our customers.

Our Neighbourhood officers will be taking the lead in highlighting streets in their areas which they feel need a sprucing up.
