We're supporting people get through the winter by hosting a Keep Warm, Keep Well event as part of a week of activities.

Halton Housing will be joined alongside partners including Community Shop, Energy Project Plus, United Utilities, Citizens Advice, Halton Borough Council’s Health Improvement Team, and many more at Halton Lodge Community Centre on Tuesday 2nd November from 10am – 3pm.  Community shop will also be providing cookery demonstrations on how to cook affordable and delicious meals.

The events will aim to provide advice and information (as well as freebies) to Halton residents, to assist them to keep warm and healthy in their homes in the winter months. There will be stalls from a variety of other local organisations including welfare rights, home improvements and help with energy costs so that people can get all their winter needs sorted in one place. There will also be an opportunity for a wellbeing check including a free blood pressure check.
