Join us at the April Upton tenants and residents’ group.

This group aims to provide a regular meeting place for residents to meet with Upton Ward Councillors, Halton Housing colleagues, and the local Police Community Support Officer (PCSO). By working together to represent the views of tenants and residents in the area, it will aim to improve housing and environmental standards in Upton and foster a sense of community.

This meeting is open to any Upton residents over the age of 18, and is not Halton Housing-specific.
