By Car
We’re well connected to the motorway and roads network, so we’re pretty easy to find. We’re just off Fiddlers Ferry Road/A562. For Sat Nav purposes use WA8 OTD.
Parking at Waterfront Point
Please note that Waterfront Point has very limited visitor parking within our staff car park. On-site parking must be booked in advance by your meeting host. We have several disabled bays and Electric Car (EV) charging points. You are free to park in the bays at the side of the building should one be available. Please park considerately in the streets and roads near Waterfront Point.
By Bus
The nearest bus stop to Waterfront Point is located on Warrington Road (Green Oaks Path) and is served by the 26 bus.
Waterfront Point is within walking distance of Widnes Town Centre which is well served by buses.

By Rail
Widnes Station. Approximately 30 minutes on foot, and 10 minutes taxi ride away.

When you arrive
You will be welcomed at reception by a member of our Customer Services Team. If you have a pre-booked meeting, you can check in online using the iPad on the reception desk. Your meeting host will then receive a notification that you have arrived. If you do not have a pre-booked meeting, one of the Customer Service Team on the desk will be able to assist you with your enquiry.
There are two private meeting/interview rooms in the reception area where a meeting can be held confidentially with one of our colleagues.
Visitors can also use the free Wifi in reception (the password is displayed on the welcome screen on arrival) and there are also visitor toilets available.
