Our Victoria House development is located on Holloway Road, higher Runcorn. Works started on the transformation of the former Cottage Hospital building back in December 2016. Rather than demolish the historical Runcorn Cottage Hospital, Halton Housing decided to restore as much of the original building as possible and to transform the building into affordable, high quality homes.

It involved the selective demolition and conversion of the existing building with complimentary new build properties. The housing development comprises of 6 homes, and 22 one and two-bedroom apartments.
