A team with a track record for delivering much needed new homes

Halton Housing’s development and sales team is headed up by Paul Mullane, Director of Development and Sales. The team is led by our Head of Development, Dan Walsh and includes three Project Managers, and one Trainee Development Project Manager.

The Growth and Development team took on its first development in 2010 and since then has undertaken many hugely successful schemes including a hostel for the homeless, three large mixed-tenure independent living schemes a large regeneration project and two ground-breaking schemes using Modern Methods Construction (MMC).

Together they are responsible for the delivery of Halton Housing’s ambitious development programme which sets out our commitment to delivering 1000 new homes by 2024.
