Two new board appointments at Halton Housing
We are delighted to announce the appointments of Sharon Wallace and Peter Lunio to our board.
Sharon has over 30 years’ experience in the housing sector and is currently Programme Director at ForHousing. She is also a governor at Cheshire College South and West, as well as holding board member positions at Ellesmere Port Development Board.
Peter is joint owner of a boutique digital advisory Golden Marzipan and predictive analytics and AI consultancy, Insights with Purpose (IwP). He is also a digital advisor to the board at Prima Group, vice-chair and trustee of Citizens Advice Bureau Halton, and vice-chair of EPIC housing association.
Both appointments bring a wealth of sector/non-sector experience to Halton Housing.
Following the appointments of Sharon and Peter, Halton Housing will also say goodbye to outgoing members Linda Levin and Matt Harrison from its board.
Professor Clive Deadman, chair of Halton Housing, said: “Both Sharon and Peter bring with them very strong skill sets and multiple strengths to complement our existing board members, so we’re very pleased to welcome them to the board.
“Their appointments strengthen our knowledge, expertise and insight and we look forward to collaborating with them as we continue to learn and improve as an organisation.
“On behalf of the board, I would also like to pay a special thank you to Linda and Matt for their commitment and contribution to Halton Housing throughout their tenue.”
Sharon and Peter’s appointments will be formally ratified at Halton Housing’s AGM in September.
