Successful Joint Operation Leads to Seizure of Unregistered Dogs and Illegal Bikes in Widnes
Today, in a significant joint operation conducted by us and police officers from Widnes, two unregistered XL Bull dogs, two off-road scrambler bikes, and a quad bike have been seized.
Undertaken in the Stewards Avenue area of Widnes, the move came in response to a recent survey by Cheshire Police completed by nearly 100 residents in the area, who identified the illegal use of such bikes as their primary concern regarding anti-social behaviour (ASB). These vehicles not only contribute to ASB but also pose a serious danger to public safety.
By seizing these bikes and unregistered dogs, we are sending a clear message that storing illegal vehicles in our homes will not be tolerated, and any intelligence received will be acted upon swiftly.
The two XL Bulldogs which are suspected of not being registered as exempt; will be fully assessed before a decision made.
