Our team of colleagues - or 'sprucers' as they've come to be known, had a busy day today, removing fly-tipping and green waste, clearing bin stores, moss spraying, painting tyre planters and filling them with wildflower seeds, and also providing a new bench in The Eversley in Widnes!

22 staff hours were dedicated to this event, which also saw a skip filled to the brim!

This Spruce Up Your Streets event was the final event of Destination Upton programme and aims to create lasting improvements to the neighbourhood.

The Eversley area is now looking fresher and tidier, so a huge thank you to everyone who got stuck in!
