On the 21st April our Spruce up Your Street team worked their magic on the Ellesmere Street area in Runcorn old town.

On the day, our colleagues carried out a litter pick across the area, cleaning up the alleyways and removing leaves to prevent slipping.

Two skips were also provided for customers and residents to get rid of unwanted items and large household waste which would otherwise be difficult to dispose of. One of the skips was kindly provided by AKM homes, in partnership with GSH Skips. AKM homes are the developers for our Sewell Street Development.

Following this latest 'Spruce up event' we’ll soon be back in the area when our Estates team will be sprucing up the brick planters, and adding some new plants to keep the area looking lovely and bright.
