Our autumn 2022 edition of Reach magazine is available to read now.

Reach is a great way for you to find out more about what we have been up to in your community so you can see how we are fulfilling our vision of “improving people’s lives”.

In this autumn issue, we have also included our Annual Report within the magazine which outlines our performance in key areas.

The magazine will be delivered to all customers alongside their new-look rent statement this month.

New-look rent statement

We have recently reviewed customer rent statements to give them a brand-new look and feel. The statements still contain all the important information you are used to seeing, but they now have a few added extras which we hope will make it much easier to understand where you’re up to with your rent payments.
