You may already be aware that the Property Pool Plus scheme is changing. These changes were due to take place in November 2023. However, due to issues with the delivery of a new IT system to support the change, it has been necessary to delay the launch of the new scheme until 8th January 2024.

Property Pool Plus are sorry that the launch of the new scheme has been delayed, but were unable to move forward with the launch at this time without risking problems with service delivery, and causing issues for our customers accessing the service.

The existing Property Pool Plus Scheme will now continue to operate for a further period based on the existing policy. The existing scheme will:

• Reopen to new applications from Monday 6th November 2023.
• Restart property advertising from Tuesday 7th November 2023.

Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience or confusion that this delay may have caused and assure you that we are doing everything we can to introduce the new scheme as soon as possible.
