We’re delighted to launch a new series of YouTube video tutorials, presented by our trade apprentices, to help give our customers the confidence to fix some of the most common maintenance problems around their home.  They’re easy-to-follow, concise and helpful videos that will save customers trawling google for help or getting themselves in a DIY panic! 

Feedback from our Repairs Forum identified that customers would like to be able to carry out the quick fixes themselves if they had the confidence or the know-how.  

The first three videos include re-pressurising a boiler, one of the most common problems our customers experience, but which can be done easily at home, as well as adjusting and realigning a kitchen cupboard door, and fixing a stiff key in a lock.

Don't worry the videos are not replacing our repairs services, they are just handy hints for some of the smaller day-to-day niggles that can be simply and easily resolved with a can of WD-40 and a screwdriver!
