Halton Housing has made two new appointments to its Board, Jo Fallon and Ian Gardner.

The appointments will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to Halton Housing in the areas of development, regeneration, asset management and customer service.

Jo has over 20 years’ experience in delivering new homes, regeneration and other strategic initiatives in the Registered Provider and private sector. Jo is currently Director of FLN Development Solutions Ltd, a development and regeneration consultancy. Prior to this Jo spent 5 years at senior leadership level at Weaver Vale Housing Trust.

Ian is a highly experienced and innovative chartered strategic leader with over 25 years of housing, property, communities and environmental experience. Ian is currently Director of Property Services at Wolverhampton Homes where he oversees the housing investment and maintenance services for over 21,000 homes.

Following the appointments of Jo and Ian, Halton Housing will also say goodbye to outgoing Vice-Chair, Kevin Williams from its board after serving his maximum term.

Welcoming the appointments, Chair of Halton Housing, Professor Clive Deadman said: “The Board plays a vital role in setting strategic direction and providing oversight for Halton Housing.

“I am delighted that we have attracted two new Board members of outstanding merit and look forward to working with Jo and Ian in the months and years ahead.

Jo and Ian’s appointments were approved by Board in August and are effective from 30th September.
