Money Advice Team Achieves £1 Million in Gains for Customers So Far This Year
Our Welfare Benefits and Money Advice team are celebrating after achieving a whopping £1 million in gains for customers so far this year, marking a major milestone for the team.
This figure comes just in time for Christmas, a costly and expensive time of year.
Working closely with our customers, the team help identify where customers are missing out on benefits that they could be entitled to, and support them with making eligible claims, often resulting in significant lump sum payments for customers.
Our Keep Warm, Keep Well campaign also signposted to sources of additional support to help with rising costs. Customers can get advice and information on how to save money, keep their homes warm, and stay safe – particularly during the winter months.
