We are IIP Gold! 

Despite the external challenges that we have faced recently as a sector, we are pleased to announce that we have been awarded ‘We Invest in People: Gold’ once again.

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Halton Housing. Gold accreditation for 'We invest in people' is a fantastic effort for any organisation, and places Halton Housing in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”

In his report, the IIP assessor highlighted some areas in which we particularly excelled, and drew out some initiatives as being progressive and making a positive impact.

This is an accreditation to be proud of, reflecting our positive culture, and validates our reputation as an employer of choice in Halton and the wider Housing sector.
