We are thrilled to announce the launch of our ambitious new corporate plan, setting a bold strategic direction for the next three years.

The plan was developed after extensive consultation with customers, partners and colleagues over the past 12 months. ‘Our Future Focus 2025-28’ outlines our visionary ambitions to deliver on our core purpose of Improving People’s Lives.

Officially unveiled to colleagues yesterday, ‘Our Future Focus’ is built around five key priorities: Quality Homes, Excellent Services, Thriving Communities, Great People, and Strong Business. These priorities will steer the our efforts and initiatives through to 2028.

Sam Scott, Group Chief Executive Officer, expressed his enthusiasm: “I’m really excited to launch ‘Our Future Focus’. Our business isn’t just about homes… it’s about the people who live in them and the communities that surround them. We believe that every single one of our customers deserves to live somewhere that they are proud to call home.

We know we’ve got a lot to do, but by focussing on what customers have told us really matters to them and by committing to doing what we say we will, we plan to deliver some incredible outcomes for our customers over the next three years!”

The launch of ‘Our Future Focus’ comes in a milestone year for Halton Housing as we approach our 20th anniversary in December.

In conjunction with ‘Our Future Focus’, we have introduced three new company values ‘We are Honest’, ‘We are Dynamic’, and ‘We Care’ which will guide the behaviours, attitudes, and actions of our people.
