Our latest new build scheme in Cheshire East, has commenced at the new Maylands Park development in Nantwich. Construction of the new homes, by Barratt David Wilson Homes, is well underway and which will provide much-needed affordable and energy-efficient housing for the local community.

Located on Peter De Stapleigh Way, Nantwich, the development will deliver a total of 188 homes, of which 56 homes will be available through Halton Housing and its home ownership arm, Open Door by Halton Housing. Of the new homes 36 will be for Affordable Rent and 20 Shared Ownership, providing a mix of one, two, three and four bedrooms.

The new homes at Maylands Park are set in stunning rural surroundings, yet within close proximity to Nantwich town centre, offering the best of both worlds. There are a number of outstanding schools within walking distance, making it the ideal location for growing families. This location also provides excellent commuter links for both trains and motorways.

Maylands Park is the fifth development for Halton Housing in the Cheshire East region.

Halton Housing will acquire the first phase of homes in Spring 2025. Shared Ownership homes will be made available through Open Door by Halton Housing. The Affordable Rent homes will be advertised through Cheshire Homechoice.
