We are pleased to share significant developments within our Fire & Building Safety Team, including the formation of our new dedicated in-house fire door team. Their dedication and expertise in overseeing fire door compliance will ensure that all standards are met.

Back in 2023, following extensive training, assessment, and auditing, we achieved certification under the BM Trada Q-Mark scheme for the installation and maintenance of fire doors.

The integration of fire door installation and maintenance services in-house will enable us to provide a more direct and robust service to our customers. This strategic move not only enhances service quality but also results in significant cost savings, allowing us to allocate resources to other critical areas of our business.

We are now extending our fire door services externally. We are honoured to have been appointed by OSUK, Halton Housing's private-letting and commercial subsidiary, to manage their fire door inspection and remediation regime. This partnership is a testament to our team's expertise and commitment to safety and excellence.
