As part of our ongoing Destination Old Town initiative, a special additional Spruce Up Your Streets event took place earlier this week. Volunteers and staff members were joined by Geoff from Halton Borough Council to litter pick and give the area a spruce up.

The event was really successful despite the non-stop rain, with participants collecting seven bin bags full of litter. In addition, three skips were filled with larger waste, helping residents declutter and dispose of unwanted items responsibly.
