We will be closed on the following bank holidays during 2024:

• Monday 6 May - Early May bank holiday
• Monday 27 May - Spring bank holiday
• Monday 26 August - Summer bank holiday

We will reopen on the following working day after each bank holiday at 9:00am.

On these bank holidays, we will only be responding to emergency calls and rent payments made over the phone.

Remember, customers can log a non-emergency enquiry and make rent payments via our online customer area MyHaltonHome or via the Halton Housing App.

Any enquiries received via the app or website will be responded to within five working days.
