Catering colleagues at the 1816 Bistro at our independent living scheme, Hazlehurst are celebrating after receiving a five-star food hygiene rating following a recent surprise inspection from Halton Borough Council. 

1816 bistro joins the Orange Tree Bistro at Barkla Fields and Olive Tree Bistro at Naughton Fields, both in Widnes for holding 5-star hygiene ratings.  

Since opening, the bistro at Hazlehurst, located in Sandymoor, Runcorn has proved popular with residents and members of the public alike, serving everything from hot and cold drinks to hearty breakfasts, lunch and snacks.  

The bistro is open Monday – Friday, 10am – 3pm and is open to residents and the public, offering the perfect place to relax and unwind in a friendly environment. 

A huge well done to our catering teams who ensure the highest of standards of cleanliness and hygiene are constantly met.
