Halton Housing has successfully secured two Partial Closure Orders at properties in Widnes in the past two weeks, working closely alongside Widnes Police to tackle anti-social behaviour and protect local communities.

The two properties had become focal points for persistent anti-social behaviour, with regular visitors causing disruption, nuisance and concern for neighbouring residents. Through strong partnership working and swift action, the Closure Orders have now been put in place to help restore peace and safety to the surrounding communities.

The orders are an important tool in tackling anti-social behaviour and can also provide vital protection for vulnerable residents. In both cases, action was taken to address issues that were having a significant impact on the wellbeing of local customers and neighbours.

By securing these Closure Orders, Halton Housing and Widnes Police are helping to:
